$2,000 for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, which distributes an age-appropriate book every month to children from birth to 5 years of age who live in Posey County

Posey County Domestic Violence Task Force
$1,994 to promote public awareness of the Posey County Domestic Violence Task Force through advertising in local newspapers and on Posey County billboards

Posey County Step Ahead Council
$1,150 to help host two health fairs for women in Posey County

MTV Girls Softball Association
$1,290 to purchase a Jugs Super Softball Pitch Machine

Girl Scouts of Raintree Council
$1,500 for program materials and supplies to host the After-School and Teen Girl programs in Posey County

DOULOS Family Services
$1,000 for Posey County women to attend Transparenting seminars, which provide educational opportunities to parents and children in the midst of separation or divorce

$1,120 to provide the Girl Power Program-which focuses on self-esteem, nutrition, careers, manners and community service-for fifth-grade girls

Girl Scouts of Raintree Council
$2,500 to provide program materials and financial assistance for kindergarten- through sixth-grade girls in New Harmony, North Elementary, Marrs, and Hedges Schools to attend a leadership development program

Willow Tree of Posey County
$1,211 for materials used in community outreach projects

Community Action Program of Evansville & Vanderburgh County
$2,471 for the purchase of resources to instruct parents on the proper way to care for their sick children and for "Healthy Home Kits".

New Harmony Gallery of Contemporary Art
$885 to purchase materials to conduct four fiber arts classes for women.

Posey County Council on Aging
$2,350 to support Tai Chi classes for aging women at Poseyville and Mt. Vernon Senior centers to help them maintain good physical and mental health.

Posey County Domestic Violence Task Force
$1,900.34 to purchase materials to be used in community outreach projects, a fire resistant filing cabinet, and thirty gas cards.

Posey County Steps Ahead Council - Family Matters
$1,190 to purchase ten portable cribs.

St. Peter's United Methodist Church
$500 for classes that will teach single mothers about meal planning, food preparation, and proper food storage.

West and Hedges Central Elementary Schools
$2,295 for the "Girl Power" program that promotes healthy life choices for girls in the fifth grade.
