Apply for Scholarship Renewal

Recipients of the following Posey County Community Scholarships may apply for renewal of the scholarship award.  Visit the Scholarships and Criteria page for renewal requirements.   

Gillenwater Scholarship (College Award)
Gillenwater Scholarship (Jr. College Award)
Health Professions Scholarship
North Star Scholarship

In addition to electronically submitting the application form, applicants must mail or deliver their official grade transcript (showing completed grades for both fall and spring semesters) to arrive in the foundation office by the submission deadline.  The application will not be considered complete until the foundation has received all application materials.  The submission deadline is June 1. 

Special Note for North Star Scholarship Applicants
If applying for renewal of the North Star Scholarship, you must also complete the FAFSA4caster and print the FAFSA4caster Entry page (after entering your data and before clicking the Submit button) and the College Cost Worksheet page showing your calculated EFC (Expected Family Contribution) figure.  Please use the "print preview" function prior to printing to ensure that all information contained in the documents is legible.

The FAFSA4caster is a tool designed by the United States Department of Education to provide an estimation of a student's eligibility for financial aid. To access this tool, visit http://www.fafsa4caster.ed.gov/.  In lieu of the FAFSA4caster documents, you may submit your official FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR).
